Damages/Exchanges
If you need to report a damaged, missing or incorrect product or any other error on our part, please contact ME TRIM on the contact numbers provided on our website www.metrim.com.au so we can promptly assist you.
In the unlikely event that a delivered ME TRIM Aluminium Trim Product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for you.However ME TRIM reserves the rights to inspect all returned ME TRIM Aluminium Trim Products prior to agreeing to any product exchange.ME TRIM will take responsibility for the costs of the faulty product delivery.Please contact us on (03)87125108 or email info@metrim.com.au within 7 days of the day of delivery to you.
Provided that ME TRIM Aluminium Trim Products have not been used in any way and are in the same condition in which they were received, with their original packing and proof of purchase, the buyer shall be entitled to receive a product exchange.
On condition that ME TRIM Aluminium Trim Product is faulty or damaged on arrival and you would like to arrange for the product to be collected, simply contact us with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to yourself and provide a replacement.
Cancellation
Cancellation of orders for ME TRIM Aluminium Trim Products made to the buyers specifications will not be accepted under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed the production will commence.
In case of the event the Buyer changes his mind in regards to the ME TRIM Aluminium Trim Products, no refunds or exchange will be accepted.
In the event that the Buyer cancels delivery of ME TRIM Aluminium Trim Products, as the order has been processed, the Buyer may be liable for any loss incurred (whether direct or indirect) by ME TRIM as a direct result of the cancellation.
Refund
Non- defective goods cannot be returned for any credit under no circumstances.
Once an order is placed and confirmed,ME TRIM will not accept any refunds or returns under any circumstances except for re-supply/exchange in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
Risks
ME TRIM gives no guarantee against crazing, cracking, chipping or scratching that may occur that is beyond ME TRIM’s control due to the nature of the product at the time of installation, therefore it is recommended that the Buyer allows for extra product for such breakages.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check quantities and sizes, with an on-site measurement before commencing ordering.
If the Buyer orders an insufficient number of ME TRIM Aluminium Trim Products, ME TRIM will take no responsibility and will not be liable for any variation in colour in further batches supplied to the Buyer, or the inability to supply ME TRIM Aluminium Trim Products at all.
It is recommend that the Buyer will conduct a thorough visual inspection of the ME TRIM Aluminium Trim Products (individually) prior to installation/fixing, as ME TRIM will not accept the return of any ME TRIM Aluminium Trim Products on the basis of any alleged issue with the Products, as long as the issue could reasonably have been detected on a visual inspection.
Delivery
Our products are not shipped/delivered internationally!
The Buyer shall ensure that ME TRIM and/or ME TRIM’s nominated carrier has clear and free access to the work site at all times to enable them to deliver the Goods. ME TRIM shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the site (including, without limitation, damage to pathways, driveways and concrete or paved or grassed areas) unless due to the negligence of ME TRIM.
At ME TRIM’s sole discretion the cost of delivery is in addition to the Price nominated on the shop and will be notified to the Buyer prior confirming any order.
The delivery of the ME TRIM Aluminium Trim Products will only be organised after the payment is made into the nominated account

Risk of damage to or loss of the ME TRIM Aluminium Products passes to the Buyer on Delivery and the Buyer must insure the Products on or before Delivery.
The Buyer must take delivery by receipt or collection of the ME TRIM Aluminium Trim Products whenever they are tendered for delivery. In the event that the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the Products as arranged, ME TRIM shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery and/or storage.
Any time or date given by ME TRIM to the Buyer is an estimate only. The Buyer must still accept delivery of the ME TRIM Aluminium Products even if late and M E TRIM will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Buyer as a result of the delivery being late.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
